Terms and conditions

1. All information on this site is subject to change at any time including but not limited to; images, pricing, delivery charges, specifications, and availability.

2. Descriptions are often manufacturers own, and as such CustomIce cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided, all information is added to the site in good faith and reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy of this information.

3. Offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Availability of items added to the shopping cart may vary due to marketplace demand. All efforts will be made to either: notify the customer of any unreasonable delays, suggest an alternative of equivalent value/specification, or provide refund.

5. Special custom work is subject to a deposit, which is non refundable once work has begun, or materials ordered. This applies to all installations, boot builds, door card builds, AV installs or any other type of install based work.

5.1 Custom show car work is also subject to deposit, this is arranged on a per job basis and is entirely at CustomIce’s discretion.

6. Delivery time, usually orders are processed and dispatched between 5 and 14 working days. Please allow for time in transit.

6.1. CustomIce cannot be held responsible for any mishaps while the item is in transit, including loss and damage, responsibility is solely with the courier /delivery company. Notification of damaged goods must be signed as damaged, and CustomIce notified within 24 hours.
Tracking information will be provided on request.

7. “Out of box failures” and returns, items which are to be returned must be in perfect order unless 6.1 applies. “Out of box failures” are items which did not operate on first use, and have not been subject to misuse or accidental damage, except 6.1. These items must be returned with all packaging and materials supplied including any instructions. Please contact us prior to any return. Exchanges will likely be offered.

7.1. Speakers and subs on out of box failure, due to the nature of their use we cannot accept returns of this nature if there is any evidence it has been misused or accidentally damaged, i.e. blown due to being over driven. No refund or exchange will be given in this case.

7.2. Items returned must be in perfect sale-able condition with all original materials, packaging and components. A 25% handling charge will apply if this condition is not met.

8. All personal information gained through normal business activities will be kept strictly confidential and not passed to any third parties unless permission is gained from the customer. The only exception to this is for returns to manufacturer and warranty issues.
